After the zinc plating process it is possible to heat treated parts, which will allow the removal of hydrogen from the surface of the parts and will minimize the risk of hydrogen embrittlement.

A core part of our business is to perform 100% visual checks, measurements, repairs, functional checks and completion work.
In the control process every single part is carefully checked. The control consists of a number of successive phases, which relate to the complexity of the part. The process is optimized in order to minimize the probability of mixing conform and non-conform parts within the process.
